Ingredients
- 2 oz good quality bittersweet chocolate , chopped2 oz good quality bittersweet chocolate or white chocolate, chopped
- 40 pieces crystallized ginger 40 pieces crystallized ginger
Preparation
In heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate. Transfer to small bowl.
Dip ginger halfway into chocolate. Arrange on waxed paper-lined tray; refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. (Make-ahead: Layer between waxed paper in airtight container; refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.)
