Ingredients
- 2 oz good quality bittersweet chocolate or white chocolate, chopped
- 40 pieces crystallized ginger
Preparation
In heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate. Transfer to small bowl.
Dip ginger halfway into chocolate. Arrange on waxed paper-lined tray; refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. (Make-ahead: Layer between waxed paper in airtight container; refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.)
