Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter 1/2 1/2cup cupbutter
- 2 cups granulated sugar 2 2cups cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/3 1/3cup cupcocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt 1 1pinch pinchsalt
- 1/2 cup milk 1/2 1/2cup cupmilk
- 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats , (not instant)2 2cups cupsquick cooking rolled oats, (not instant)
- 1 cup coconuts 1 1cup cupcoconutcoconuts
Preparation
In large bowl, beat butter until creamy. Add sugar; beat until well combined. Blend in cocoa and salt ; add milk, a little at a time, stirring until well combined. Add rolled oats and coconut; stir until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough, 4 inches (10 cm) apart, onto parchment or waxed paper-lined rimless baking sheet. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven until lacy all over and crisp at the edges, 6 to 7 minutes. Let cool completely on rack.
