Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter , softened3/4 cup butter, softened

  • 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

In large bowl, beat butter with sugar until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. In separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sa< stir into butter mixture in 2 additions to make smooth dough.
