A fun, no-bake and kid-friendly cookie recipe to make for Santa on Christmas Eve.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butterscotch chips 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 cups dry chow mein noodles 3 cups dry chow mein noodles
- 1-1/2 cups rice crisp cereal 1-1/2 cups rice crisp cereal
- 1 oz white chocolate , melted1 oz white chocolate or semisweet chocolate, melted
Preparation
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls (15 mL) onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or let stand for 30 minutes or until firm. With fork, drizzle with chocolate.
Make ahead: Layer between waxed paper in airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.)
