Ingredients

  • Best Basic Crêpes Best Basic Crêpes
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup icing sugar

Preparation

Brush each crêpe with lemon juice. Using sieve, sprinkle each with 1 tbsp (15 mL) icing sugar. Roll up tightly.

Trim ends; cut crosswise into 4 pieces; stand upright or stack on platter.
