Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 slices (1/2 inch/1 cm thick) peeled pineapple 4 slices (1/2 inch/1 cm thick) peeled pineapple

Preparation

In small bowl, stir brown sugar with maple syrup. Place pineapple on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Spoon maple mixture over top. Broil until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
