Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pasteurized egg whites 1/3 1/3cup cuppasteurized egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1/2 1/2tsp tspcream of tartar
- 4 cups sifted icing sugar 4 4cups cupssifted icing sugar
Preparation
In bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Gradually beat in icing sugar until stiff, about 4 minutes. Cover with damp cloth to prevent drying out.
