Flower cupcakes
Find the cupcake recipe on Page 10.
Carnation: Using petal tip (104), pipe 3 rows of petals. Decorate centre with candies.
Sunflower: Using green icing and leaf tip (352), pipe leaves around edge of cupcake. using yellow icing and leaf tip (352), pipe 2 overlapping rows of petals. Decorate centre with candies.
Pansy: Using pruple icing and petal tip (104), pipe 1 large petal onto iced cupcake. Turn cupcake 180 degrees; using yellow icing, pipe 2 small petals. using green icing and leaf tip (352) and starting under petals, pipe 2 leaves. Decorate centre with candies.
Daisy: Using leaf tip (352), pipe rim of leaves around edge. using pink icing and leaf tip (352), turn tip sideways and pipe 1 row of petals. Place candy in centre.
Apple Blossom: Using petal tip (104), pipe petals onto iced cupcake; press candy onto centre.
