
Santa Cupcakes: Step 1
Prepare cupcakes and icing as per recipe.
You need about 2 tbsp (25 mL) icing to cover 1 cupcake. Add another 1 tbsp (15 mL) to make a hat. Or, tint small amounts as you need them. The icing in the recipe makes enough to cover all the cupcakes generously, with allowance for errors and finger-licking.
For both Santa and Mrs. Claus Cupcakes, spread top of cupcake with pink icing.
