Ingredients
- 2 cups 2cupsfresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup 1/4cupgranulated sugar
- 1/2 cup 1/2cuporange juice
- 5 cups 5cupsice cubes
Preparation
Preparation:
In food processor or blender, purée raspberries with sugar; strain into bowl to remove seeds. Stir in orange juice. In same food processor or blender, crush ice to make about 4 cups (1 L). Mound ice into cone shape in each of 4 chilled dessert dishes; drizzle with raspberry mixture.
