Ingredients
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar 2/3 2/3cup cupgranulated sugar
- 2/3 cup water 2/3 2/3cup cupwater
- 4 cups raspberries 4 4cups cupsraspberryraspberries
- 1 tbsp corn syrup and lemon juice , strain through sieve1 1tbsp tbspcorn syrup and lemon juice, strain through sieve
Preparation
Simple Syrup: In saucepan, bring sugar and water to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Let cool completely.
Wash, prepare raspberries and puree with corn syrup and lemon juice to make Fresh Fruit Puree Mix with Simple Syrup.
Freeze in shallow metal cake pan for about 4 hours or until firm. Break into chunks; pur?in food processor. Pack into airtight container and refreeze for 4 hours or until firm or for up to 2 days. (Or freeze in ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions.)
