Ingredients

Preparation

Grease or line rimless baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.

In bowl, mix chocolate chips into dough. Roll by tablespoonfuls (15 mL) into balls; arrange, about 2 inches (5 cm) apart, on prepared pans. Bake in top and bottom thirds of 375°F (190°C) oven, rotating and switching pans halfway through, for about 12 minutes or until golden on bottom. Let cool in pans on rack for 5 minutes.

Place sugar in bowl; roll each cookie in sugar to coat. Let cool completely on rack. (Make-ahead: Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
