Ingredients

  • 2 cups cut (1/2-inch/2 cm pieces) fresh rhubarb , thawed2 cups cut (1/2-inch/2 cm pieces) fresh rhubarb or frozen rhubarb, thawed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice 2 tbsp orange juice

Preparation

In saucepan, bring rhubarb, sugar and orange juice to simmer; cook, stirring, until slightly tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in strawberries; cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

Let cool.
