White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip

A sweet blend of white chocolate and cream cheese naturally complements the bright flavours of fresh fruit. This tasty dip was inspired by the lovely White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip made by Renée's Gourmet.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz 3ozwhite chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cup10% cream
  • 1 pkg 1pkg(8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspgranulated sugar
  • 1 tsp 1tspgrated orange rind
  • 1 tsp 1tsporange-flavoured liqueur or orange juice

Preparation

In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt white chocolate with cream, stirring gently until smooth. Let cool to room temperature.

In separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy; beat in orange rind. Stir in chocolate mixture and orange liqueur. (Make-ahead: Scrape into airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
