Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups milk, high-protein milk or cream
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

In blender, pur?together milk, banana, honey and cinnamon until smooth. Pour over ice if desired.

Additional information :

Tip: To make high-protein milk, pour 2 cups (500 mL) homogenized milk into bottle or jar with lid. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) skim milk powder; screw on lid and shake well until dissolved. Refrigerate before using.
