Barbecue Pork Pizza

This homemade gourmet pizza takes almost no time to prepare, making it so much better than takeout. The best part is that you can customize it by trying out different barbecue sauces.

  • 1 pkg 1pkg(350 g) pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cupbarbecue sauce
  • 1 cup 1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup 1cupSlow Cooker Shredded Pork
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupfrozen corn kernels
  • 2 2green oniongreen onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 2cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced

On lightly floured surface, roll out or press dough into 12-inch (30 cm) circle; arrange on greased pizza pan. Spread barbecue sauce over dough; sprinkle with cheese, pork, corn, green onions and mushrooms.

Bake on bottom rack in 500 F (260 C) oven until cheese is melted and bottom is golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
