2 tbsp (30 mL) Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar, Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar or Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
1 small shallot, minced
Pinch each salt, pepper and granulated sugar

In small glass measure, whisk together olive oil, berry vinegar, vegetable oil, shallot, salt, pepper and sugar. Store in airtight container for up to 24 hours.
