Serve with corn on the cob.

Servings:

Ingredients:

    1/2 cup (125 mL) softened butter
    2 tbsp (25 mL) finely chopped fresh basil

Preparation:

Beat butter with finely chopped fresh basil.

Place butter in plastic wrap and roll into a log shape before refrigerating.
