In canning jar, combine 1/4 cup cedar wood chips and bourbon; shake and let stand for 4 hours. Strain.
In blender combine eggs, sugar, milk, cream, brandy, 2 oz of the Cedar Bourbon, the nutmeg and cardamom; blend until smooth.
