The sweetness of honey perfectly balances the sharpness of the greens. Frisee is a nice addition, if available.
Ingredients

- Honey Dijon Dressing
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 3 3tbsp tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 2 2tbsp tbspred wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp liquid honey 1 1tbsp tbspliquid honey
- 1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 1-1/2 1-1/2tsp tspDijon mustard
- 1 Pinch salt 1 1Pinch Pinchsalt
- 1 Pinch pepper 1 1Pinch Pinchpepper
Preparation
Honey Dijon Dressing: In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Add escarole, radicchio, frisee (if using) and onion; toss to coat.
