1 pkg (4 oz/125 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (125 mL) light mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 mL) white_wine_vinegar
Pinch each salt and pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled blue cheese (about 2 oz/60 g)
1 shallot, finely chopped
Preparation:
In bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in blue cheese and shallot. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.)
