With gutsy flavour, this is delicious spread on the buns sandwiching the beef.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese , softened1 1pkg pkgcream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise 1/2 1/2cup cuplight mayonnaise
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar 1 1tsp tspwhite wine vinegar
- 1 pinch salt 1 1pinch pinchsalt
- 1 pinch pepper 1 1pinch pinchpepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese , (about 2 oz/60 g)1/2 1/2cup cupcrumbled blue cheese, (about 2 oz/60 g)
- 1 shallot , finely chopped1 1shallotshallots, finely chopped
Preparation
In bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in blue cheese and shallot. (
Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.)
