Ingredients

  • 2 cups lightly packed chopped Swiss chard leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped Swiss chard stems
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk beverage
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey

Method

In blender, purée together Swiss chard leaves, Swiss chard stems, mango, banana, coconut milk beverage, ice cubes and honey until smooth and frothy.
