It's OK to indulge once in a while. Afterward, get back on your feet in no time with this gingery coconut-infused drink that's high in potassium.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • half banana
  • 4 chunks pineapples
  • 1/4 cup honey-flavoured Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Method

In blender, purée together coconut water, mango, banana, pineapple, yogurt and ginger until smooth.

Tip from The Test Kitchen:  Coconut water is naturally sweet, so look for brands that don't have any added sugar. The only ingredient should be 100 percent natural coconut water.
