Bridal Fruit Punch
Offer an alternative to an alcoholic drink with this pink punch. Chill ingredients well, but mix just before serving. Garnish the punch bowl with ice cubes and sprigs of fresh mint; for a fancier touch, use a ring mould to make a fruited ice ring.
Servings: 10 cups (2.5 L)
Ingredients:

4 cups (1 L) tropical fruit juice or pink lemonade
1 can (280 mL) frozen strawberry juice concentrate
3 cups (750 mL) ginger ale
2 cups (500 mL) soda water
Preparation:
In punch bowl, mix together fruit juice and juice concentrate. Pour ginger ale and soda water down side of bowl to avoid loss of carbonation. Serve over ice.
