Broccoli Amandine Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1/4 cup (50 mL) slivered almonds
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
4 cups (1 L) frozen cut broccoli
2 cloves garlic, minced;
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
2 tbsp (25 mL) water
Preparation:
In large skillet, toast almonds over medium heat.; pour into bowl.
Add vegetable oil to skillet. Stir-fry broccoli, garlic, salt and pepper over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add water; cover and steam until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add almonds.
