Ingredients
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds 1/4 1/4cup cupslivered almonds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 1tbsp tbspvegetable oil
- 4 cups frozen cut broccoli 4 4cups cupsfrozen cut broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic , minced;2 2cloves garlic, minced;
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper 1/4 1/4tsp tspeach salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp water 2 2tbsp tbspwater
Preparation
In large skillet, toast almonds over medium heat.; pour into bowl.
Add vegetable oil to skillet. Stir-fry broccoli, garlic, salt and pepper over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add water; cover and steam until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add almonds.
