Broiled Cajun Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp (25 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp (10 mL) cajun seasoning or steak spice
Preparation:
Arrange chicken breasts on broiler pan.
In small bowl, combine extra-virgin olive oil with Cajun seasoning or steak spice; brush over both sides of chicken.
Broil 6 inches (15 cm) from heat, turning once, until no longer pink inside, about 10 minutes.
