1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
2 tbsp (25 mL) each chopped fresh mint and coriander
Half jalape?epper, seeded and minced
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
Pinch each salt and pepper
Preparation:
In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mint, coriander, jalape?epper, lemon juice, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
