2 tbsp (25 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
4 cups (1 L) thinly sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each dried thyme, salt and pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) white wine or lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh parsley
Preparation:
In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook garlic for about 30 seconds or until slightly softened.
Add mushrooms, thyme, salt and pepper; sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until deep golden and no liquid remains.
Stir in wine, scraping up brown bits. Stir in parsley.
