  • 4 cups 4cupsbaby spinach leafbaby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 1/4small sweet onionsweet onions, sliced
  • 1 1avocadoavocados, chopped
  • 15 15pitted black olives
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspwine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspDijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspgranulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp 2tbsporange juice
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspfresh basil, chopped
  • 1 can 1cantuna, drained and broken into chunks

Whisk together wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, orange juice, vegetable oil, basil, salt and pepper. Set aside

In bowl combine spinach, onion, avocado, and olives. Toss salad with dressing. Top with tuna.
