What exactly is instant dissolving fruit and berry sugar? Is it a form of white powdered sugar, or something like Dr Oetker vanilla sugar? I want to make frozen yogurt.

Instant Dissolving, Superfine and Fruit Sugar are all the same product.
Different companies use different names for the same thing. It is a very
fine granulated sugar that dissolves more readily and quickly when added to
baking or frozen desserts. It is not the same thing as Dr. Oetker vanilla
sugar.

You can purchase "Lantic Superfine Sugar" in the same section as you will
find granulated sugar, however it is sold in boxes of 500g. If you can't
find it in your grocery store, you can use granulated sugar that has been pulsed
until very fine in the food processor.
