Do you, or has it been considered, offering cooking classes to the public/subscribers?
We have had classes in our test kitchen, and while we enjoyed doing them, there were many complications that prevented us from continuing them. However, we do mount quite a selection of cooking demonstrations at the Good Food Festival at Toronto's International Centre mid April. You should be able to get details of times and dates on our website in March or early April.
