Answers from Expert: Canadian Living Test Kitchen Staff

I am interested in recipes for gluten-free baking. I have been very disappointed with bread recipes I have tried. There must be some better ones out there. My husband has recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Do you have any suggestions in terms of good breast recipes? Thanks. PS Love your magazine.

The best source of gluten-free recipes that we have found is called 125 Best Gluten-Free Recipes, written by Donna Washburn and Heather Butt and published by Robert Rose. If the book is not available in your home town, you can order it from the Cookbook Store in Toronto. Their email address is cooking@ican.net Thank you for your kind comment about Canadian Living. We value our readers, but in the case of gluten-free recipes, recommend the best possible source for our readers. Sincerely, Elizabeth Baird
