My five-year-old son is allergic to eggs and peanuts. It is fairly simple to replace the egg in cookies and muffins and leave the egg out of meatballs, etc. but I still am not sure what to use when breading chicken strips and any other great ideas for replacing egg or when I can eliminate it all togetther. Any suggestions?

In terms of breading chicken strips, I would recommend using mayonnaise or milk. I have used mayonnaise before and then put the chicken in breadcrumbs and it works well. Hope that helps. -- Kate Dowhan
