In the Christmas cookbook magazine, there is a recipe for lemon squares. It says to let the base cool for 25 minutes. Is this an error? I had disastrous results. The lemon filling slid under the base and I ended up with upside-down squares.

The base is baked for 25 minutes and then cooled completely before pouring on the topping. If your base was not cooled completely, the topping could seep under the base, resulting in upside-down squares.
