Is it possible to bake cakes meant for bundt or tube pans in regular cake pans? If so, how do I adjust the recipe? Thank you, Miz

Bundt and tube pans are about 10 cups in volume. There are some types of cakes (ie. angel cakes) that will not work in a regular pan. You need to use a pan of an equivalent volume and the baking time will be longer as a pan with a tube cooks more quickly. I think it is something you will have to try for yourself if you have a specific recipe in mind. Heather Howe Test Kitchen Manager
