What is the best way to store fresh dill?
The best way to store fresh dill is to first wash the entire bunch of dill -- including the roots -- in cold water, because that's where all the sand and dirt accumulate. After spin drying the dill in a salad spinner or drying with a hand towel, dry wrap the dill in a lightly dampened paper towel or damp tea towel. Place the dill in a re-sealable bag and store it in your refrigerator crisper. The dill should last up to 2 weeks.
