Rye and blueberries add a Canadian twist to this traditional Cuban cocktail. Garnish each glass with skewered blueberries and mint sprig.
Ingredients
- 6 6mint leafmint leaves
- 6 6blueberryblueberries
- 2 tbsp 2tbsplime juice
- 1/2 cup 1/2cuplemonade
- 1-1/2 oz 1-1/2ozrye whisky
- 2 tbsp 2tbspsoda water
Preparation
In cocktail shaker, combine mint leaves, blueberries and lime juice; muddle. Add lemonade and rye; top with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into old-fashioned glass. Add splash of soda water.
