Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups kumquats, halved
Preparation
In saucepan, bring sugar and 1 cup (250 mL) water to boil, stirring until dissolved. Add kumquats; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly wrinkled, about 12 minutes. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate in airtight container for up to 1 week.)
