Cheese and Melon Balls
Serve these cheese balls rolled in chopped nuts or, for a contrast in colour, chopped fresh mint. As accompaniments, alternate honeydew and cantaloupe balls on skewers.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb (250 g) cream goat cheese (chèvre)
1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped nuts or fresh mint or parsley
Preparation:
Form cheese into 20 balls, each about 1 inch (2.6 cm) in diameter. Roll in nuts or herbs. Skewer on long bamboo picks. Refrigerate on waxed paper-lined trays, covered, until serving time.
