  • 1 tbsp 1tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbsp 1tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tsp 1tspallspice
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspcinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspchili powder
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
  • 2 2boneless skinless chicken breastboneless skinless chicken breasts

In large bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, allspice, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cut chicken into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes. Add to bowl and stir to coat; let stand for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and cut mango into 1-inch (2.5 cm) chunks.

In large nonstick skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat, stirring often, for about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Thread 1 piece each chicken and mango onto toothpick.
