Wendy's guest will think that she spent hours in the kitchen preparing this classic (which, in fact, takes only minutes). If you like, serve topped with fresh fruit, such as raspberries or strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Place chocolate in large bowl. In saucepan, bring cream just to boil; pour over chocolate, whisking until smooth. Whisk in vanilla. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until thickened and chilled.

Using electric mixer, beat chocolate mixture until soft peaks form. Spoon into dessert dishes.
