Chunky Lobster Chowder

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter 3 3tbsp tbspbutter
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/2 1/2cup cupchopped green oniongreen onions
- 1-1/4 tsp salt 1-1/4 1-1/4tsp tspsalt
- 1 tsp dried thyme 1 1tsp tspdried thyme
- 1/4 pepper 1/4 1/4pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 1/4cup cupall-purpose flour
- 1 cup water 1 1cup cupwater
- 3 cups cubed red-skinned potatoes 3 3cups cupscubed red-skinned potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups corn kernels 1-1/2 1-1/2cups cupscorn kernels
- 1 can frozen lobster meat 1 1can canfrozen lobster meat
- 2-1/2 cups milk 2-1/2 2-1/2cups cupsmilk
- 1/2 10% cream 1/2 1/210% cream
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill 1 1tbsp tbspchopped fresh dill
Preparation
In large heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; cook green onions, salt, thyme and pepper, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes or until softened. Sprinkle with flour; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Whisk in 1 cup water.
Add potatoes; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add corn and lobster; cook, covered, for 5 minutes. Gradually stir in milk, cream and dill; heat through.
