All the ingredients of a classic martini — combined with a delicious mixed citrus flavour — come together in this crowdpleaser. Make sure that you fill the pitcher to the top with ice cubes.

Ingredients

Preparation

Scrub orange, lemon and lime; cut in half from blossom to stem end. Cut into thin slices and place in pitcher.

Stir in citron vodka, granulated sugar and vermouth until combined; let stand for 15 minutes.

Pour in orange juice, tonic water and lime cordial. Add ice cubes.

Variation
Non-alcoholic Citrus Cooler: Use thawed orange juice concentrate instead of the citron vodka. Omit the vermouth.
