Citrus Martini Cooler
All the ingredients of a classic martini — combined with a delicious mixed citrus flavour — come together in this crowdpleaser. Make sure that you fill the pitcher to the top with ice cubes.

1 orange
1 lemon
1 lime
1 cup (250 mL) citron vodka
2 tbsp (25 mL) granulated sugar
2 tbsp (25 mL) vermouth
2 cups (500 mL) orange juice
1 cup (250 mL) tonic water
1 cup (250 mL) lime cordial
ice cubes
Preparation:
Scrub orange, lemon and lime; cut in half from blossom to stem end. Cut into thin slices and place in pitcher.
Stir in citron vodka, granulated sugar and vermouth until combined; let stand for 15 minutes.
Pour in orange juice, tonic water and lime cordial. Add ice cubes.
Variation
Non-alcoholic Citrus Cooler: Use thawed orange juice concentrate instead of the citron vodka. Omit the vermouth.
