This sweet-salty-sour dipping sauce is particularly good with steamed crab or fresh oysters.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Japanese soy sauce 1/2 1/2cup cupJapanese soy sauce or low-sodium soy sauce or tamari soy sauce
- 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/3 1/3cup cuplemon juice
- 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar 2 2tbsp tbspseasoned rice vinegar
Preparation
In saucepan, bring soy sauce just to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and vinegar. Let cool. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.)
