Flavourful little sauces not only dress up oysters but also offer delicious introductions to first-time oyster eaters. Each sauce is enough for one dozen shucked oysters.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce 1/4 1/4cup cuptomato sauce
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish 2 2tbsp tbspprepared horseradish
- 2 tsp lemon juice 2 2tsp tsplemon juice
- 2 tsp hot pepper sauce 2 2tsp tsphot pepper sauce
- 1 Pinch pepper 1 1Pinch Pinchpepper
- 1 Pinch salt 1 1Pinch Pinchsalt
- 1 Pinch pepper 1 1Pinch Pinchpepper
Preparation
In bowl, combine tomato sauce; horseradish; lemon juice; hot pepper sauce; sugar; salt and pepper.
