Cookie Glaze
Servings: 3/4 cup (175 mL)
Ingredients:

2 cups (500 mL) icing sugar
3 tbsp (50 mL) milk or water
Preparation:
In bowl, mix icing sugar with milk or water until smooth. Tint with food colouring if desired (paste food colouring gives a more intense colour than liquid colouring). Add more water for thinner glaze. Brush tops of cooled cookies with glaze. Sprinkle with decorative candies, sugar crystals or sprinkles.
