Emile Henry urban colours rectangular dish

"This oven-to-table dish is so beautiful that I’d happily display it in my kitchen. The lip on each side of the dish makes it easy to hold with bulky oven mitts. The sides are more square than most casserole dishes, which gives baked goods a sharper edge. I made baked apples in it and the cooled sticky caramel sauce peeled right off. Washing was effortless with a soft sponge – no elbow grease required."
