Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas 4 4large flour tortillaflour tortillas

- 8 oz sliced corned beef 8 8oz ozsliced corned beef
- 1 avocado , halved, pitted, peeled and sliced1 1avocadoavocados, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions 1/2 1/2cup cupthinly sliced red onionred onions
- Lime Mayonnaise:
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise 1/3 1/3cup cuplight mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp water 1 1tbsp tbspwater
- 1 tbsp lime juice 1 1tbsp tbsplime juice
- 2 tsp chopped fresh coriander 2 2tsp tspchopped fresh coriander
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce 1 1dash dashhot pepper sauce
Preparation
Lime Mayonnaise: In bowl, combine light mayonnaise, water, lime juice, chopped coriander and hot pepper sauce; set aside.
On work surface, spread tortillas with lime mayonnaise. Layer one-quarter each of the greens, corned beef, avocado and onion on bottom third of each. Fold bottom up; fold in sides and roll up. Cut each roll in half on the diagonal.
