With its festive colour and fabulous flavour, this infused vodka is ideal for the holiday season.
- 2 cups 2cupsfrozen cranberries
- 2 cups 2cupsfrozen raspberries
- 2 cups 2cupsgranulated sugar
- 1 1bottle (750 mL) vodka
In food processor, coarsely chop together cranberries, raspberries and sugar; transfer to 8-cup (2 L) airtight jar.
Pour in vodka; seal and shake. Refrigerate for 2 weeks, shaking often.
Strain through double-thickness cheesecloth into large measure, squeezing and twisting to extract juice. Pour into bottles and seal. (Make-ahead: Store in cool, dark place for up to 1 year.)
