Creamy Cauliflower and Broccoli Crunch

This terrific winter salad is adapted from the best-seller Fare for Friends (Key Porter Books). It's a pleasant change from the usual tossed salads.
Ingredients
- 5 cups 5cupssliced broccoli floretbroccoli florets, (1 bunch)
- 4 cups 4cupssliced cauliflower floretcauliflower florets, (1 small head)
- 1 1small red onionred onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup 1cuplight mayonnaise
- 1 cup 1cuplight sour cream
- 1 tbsp 1tbspgranulated sugar
- 1 tbsp 1tbspwhite vinegar
- 1/2 tsp 1/2tspsalt
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
- 1 Dash 1DashWorcestershire sauce
Preparation
In large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; pour over vegetables and toss. (Salad can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 hours.)
